I'm new to TIG and I have a Multimatic 220 machine. I find the torch cord that came with the machine to be very stiff. Stiff to the point that the torch has negative or positive torque in one direction depending on how the cord sits(if that makes sense). I assume that in order to upgrade to an aftermarket cord and torch I will need to buy a 25mm dinse adaptor. I'm also assuming that aftermarket cords such as those from CK worldwide are much more flexible. All newbie questions so thanks in advance.
Any suggestions for aftermarket cords/torches?
You hit it on the head: a 25’ Superflex cable set from CK works great. I have the same setup on both my MultiMatic and my Dynasty. You can order the cables through Weldmonger.com and get a great deal and support Jody too.

Man I just bought a miller diversion 180 Tig machine to learn and I have the same issue. The gas line is cranked hard to the left so I have to hold my torch with it under more pressure then feels comfortable. I had no idea that other lines could create a softer feel and help to make my torch feel like I can manage the angle without it pushing against me. Also I also buy all my stuff from weldmonger too. I would be super interested to hear about the products you chose and how the behave for you. Good luck.

A quick tip: before you attach your torch, straighten out the hose completely. Make sure it’s laying “flat and straight” then screw your torch in. If the hose has a twist in it already before you screw the torch in, you can experience a torch that resists your grip. It’s from the threads being clocked against a twisted hose.

Man I was over at my buddies yesterday and he has a Lincoln Tig machine with a #9 style flex head torch from ck and a ck cable. It honestly feels just like a piece of supple rope and the torch feels completely free. I'm jealous. Anyways can't wait to hear how your new setup feels feels from weldmonger.

I also struggled with my WP26 and it's rubber hose with sheath. A few months ago I moved up to a CK #17 Flexlok with superflex hose. What a difference! You will be very happy with it. ---Trip
Update. As could be assumed or guessed. The CK torch and superflex cable are just what I was looking for. The torch sits in my hand without twist or "memory" from the cable. Love it!
The other update I'm excited about is the purchase of a Milwaukee 2" right-angle grinder, the M12 2485-20. That and 3M Roloc pads and bristle discs/cups make cleaning metal a breeze. Milwaukee is supposed to come out with its consumables similar to the 3M and 3M knockoffs. I'll be curious to see the price point and if they work as well as the 3M product. It does drain a battery pretty quickly but I have lots of M12 batteries.
