I'm new to MIG welding. I have a 20 cubic foot tank that I just got filled with 75% Argon % 25% CO2. My question is about the gauges in the photo below. My first gauge is CFH (cubic feet of gas per hour) which I understand. I'm not sure what the second gauge is measuring though. It's measuring 700 PSI. Is it just measuring the pressure in the tank? Also, should I be paying attention to the second gauge? What is it telling me? Thanks

The gauge nearest the tank valve reads pressure of the inside the tank. You do need to pay action to it because as it approaches/reaches 0psi, you have no more gas. It’s analogous to your fuel gauge on your vehicle.
