Built a engine test stand

I built a test stand to run engines on. It's easier to setup and fix leaks on here. I have a little more to do. I'm going to put diamond plate floor in it and a couple mounts then give it a paint job.

That is sweet. I love the radiator placement.

Looks good, any particular reason the back brace is bolted?

Yes there is. I didn't feel like having to wrestle an engine into an exact location. So I made the back brace removable so it can be bolted to the bellhousing and set down into place at the same time the front mounts are bolted versus trying to get the bellhousing bolts located while the engine is hanging.

A regular household box fan works well to pull heat out of the radiator. Yours looks much nicer than the one l was involved in.

I have a 16" electric fan I have to install that came off a car. I'll wire it to a thermo switch to come on and off.

What l like about the houshold box fan is that it is very quiet and lets us hear all of the little noises that we might otherwise miss.

Heck, I'd take it a step further and mount a seat behind that control panel. Nice job!
