Wow! So according to my guesstimation, you'll be somewhere north of 800 hp from that four banger. Sweet!
Twenty years ago I had a readers rig of the month featured on "the diesel page". It was a 6.5 Chevy with most every mod that was doable with current technology. The latest generation of fuel systems and all blows that truck out of the water but I have diesel in my blood and love em all. Awesome project!

Thanks! More to come, I will be manufacturing my own long arm suspension parallel to the cummins transplant

That things gonna be a tank! Put it in 1st and just tap the throttle and up the hill she goes. Nice mod, just be careful not to do what I did in my Suzuki Samurai.
Rolling over backwards is rather unnerving even if you end up back on your wheels, especially when your "roll-bar" is stamped unibody and the scissor-lift frame for your rag top. We drove it home 30 miles with no windshield and having to crouch down to Hobbit size, LOL!!!

No comp, it a full mechanical motor, I will put the 4k governor spring in with some decent injectors and I am going to try to cram a hx30 over a he341 in there for air

That's what I like to hear, old school reliability meets new tech performance enhancements. You won't be able to kill it without a Barrett M99 .50 Cal, and then only if you hit the fuel rail or supply lines
Can't wait to see more pictures when you get a chance and want to share. Thanks again...Aloha, Chuck
