tig - some recycling and a tungsten vise

hi guys
wanted to share a little job i did a few days ago when i fried the armature of a dremel tool
i was going to throw it in the garbage but upon closer view i thought i could use the collet, i remembered that the collet had inserts for 1,6 mm (1/16), 2,4mm (3/32) and 3,2mm (1/8) and i could use a tungsten vise for my ever growing collection of micro mini tungstens (emmm ) !
so i put it in the freezer for a day, notched some piece of metal, heated up the tip, hit it with a bfh and away
grabbed a short piece of al round stock, devised some contraption to drill the bar, a little massaging and here it is. hope you like it.
cheers
pete
