Can holder (heay duty)

Hii, I made this can holder with my cnc plasma table using 1/8 sheet metal.

Pretty. Good work.
I have two can holders, my left hand and my right hand, and they fail me badly, soon putting down the can (just because it is empty! Who would have thought??)
But, I am really stuck on the pleasure of having a CNC plasma cutter. Now, there's an idea ...

How did you bend them over with a radius? squeeze them in a vice around a piece of pipe?

With a hammer and a piece of round tubing, and finish the details at hand, it is easy to bend
