My favorite look for a bike, bobbers just look like pure american iron to me, no bling other than paint.

what do you envision when she's complete? I rode street bikes up until a few years ago, well I should say owned bikes, I hardly rode after my first grandson was born because it was more fun hangin out with him. I never could afford the bike I wanted and didn't have the talent to create it so I just admired the creations of folks like you and hoped "someday".
the few guys I rode with always tried to convince me that I needed highway bars, hard bags and wind shields and I would tell them that I was way to young for that and if I wanted a Vdub I would have bought one.
looking forward to more of your build.
