What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Will have my welder soon and looking to build a practice stand. Something along the lines of this? Any suggestions on how to build one or where to get it?

I think I'd just use that as your example, and simplify it. (You don't have a proctor looking over your shoulder in practice.)

Surely you can fabricate a set of 11R Vise-Grips to an extendable pipe.

Jody recently had a device in his videos. Not sure on price.

The company is Triangle Engineering. From what I know about them they are a very reputable company. We looked into purchasing coupons from them but sourced them locally instead.

Just found these online. Should be able to attached them to a table and fabricate the swiveling table top. The plan is to build an all purpose test stand for welding plate and pipe in all positions. And it must be compact as i dont have alot of room. I'll post pics once i start building it. Any idea is worth sharing.
