What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Hello Everybody! This is my first post here, and these are some fire pits I built for Christmas presents this past December. The idea came from thissideup on plasmaspider. A little redrawing and some new graphics, some cutting and welding, some paint and <poof> gifts taken care of.

I don't see a New Orleans Saints design there, but welcome anyway...
Those do look great.

Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.

Thanks everybody. I didn't sell any of these, they were all gifts. There are a couple more CAD designs, but the last one actually made was the Texas A&M pit. They were fun projects, a good diversion from the regular day to day repair work. Sorry for the low budget cell phone pictures, but I'm not used to taking pictures of projects and the cell phone was handy.

Sorry, not my design so it's not for sale, but if you go to plasmaspider and search for fire pits, you'll find the post from thissideup where the original fire pit .dxf came from. If I remember right, there might be a charge to download files from the website. I've been there long enough to have forgotten if there was a fee when you sign up or not. It's a fun project and everyone seems to like them.
