Hobart Ironman 275 spool gun

I have a Hobart Ironman 275, want to weld aluminum, can someone tell me what I would need for gear? Just sppol gun? if so, which one, thanks in advance

I'm sure Hobart would be glad to sell you an OEM model. I saw a post for a knock-off spoolgun for $99, Real Gear model 102532. It's a Lincoln copy and I don't know if that particular one will fit the Ironman, but for that price point it seems like it would be worth investigating to see if they have one for you.
As for other gear, I'm guessing you're already aware you need pure argon to MIG weld aluminum. What kind of projects do you have in mind?
