Concave root for 4G

I got a 2.5 gap with 1/16 landing and running at 20 volts. I get a concave root everytime. Do I have to go slower? Is it too hot? Sorry I can't provide a picture. What causes this suck back? Thanks in advance.

My gut reaction is,
Bring the wire speed up about 10% (for .035 at 20V, that'd be, for example, from 320 bring it up to 350), and "push" the puddle 10 or 15*.
Expect to move only slightly faster, if at all. The arc force from the higher wire speed will push the puddle up, and the "push" gun angle should allow the trailing edge of the puddle to quench faster, before it can sag/suck back.
Your mileage may vary...
