2 bad machines in a row

I bought my first multiprocess machine a few weeks ago. Once I got home with it I hooked it up and started to use it.it never acted right. Eventually I figured wire speed wasnt working right and the feed motor eventually died. The place I bought it from said it was the first for him to have any issues with the jasic/razor welder line besides being operator issues. He pulled another one new out of the box I test ran it at his shop it worked great. Once I get it home I was able to make a few good passes I had to take a break due to some neck issues i have. Come back the welder didnt weld right. I checked settings tried some of the settings on the door of the machine. It sounds like it's just trying to blow through the metal. Which if you have ran the lincoln welders with a,b c d settings you may know what it sounds like. I tried the hot settings and low settings with no change or sound in welds etc.
Could it be possible to have 2 machines bad one after another? Fyi I got the razor welder 180 mig, tig, arc machine. The thing worked awsome qhen it welded at the shop I bought it from
