I have a lincoln 210 mp.
I use . 30 wire and the mig function. I just weld little projects around the shop.
I recently had to have my C25 bottle refilled. I noticed on the guage that it has two scales, one is L/min and the other is scfh or scfm.
Which scale should I be refering to and is there a good general setting?

Around here we use cfh. To determine proper cfh, start at about 10 and make a few practice beads. If they turn out good then leave the setting there. If not turn it up a bit. I think my setting is about 14 cfh. Welds great.

14CFH seems mighty low for MIG, but that's just me. I would typically start at 20-25 and go up from there.

I'm using my mp 210 with .023 wire and running about 20 cfh.

Just for giggles.
20 CFH = 9.44 LPM.
I have found my setup runs nice when dialed in at 10LPM. .030 C25 mix.
