mig and flux core tips and techniques, equipment, filler metal

Another simple question about aluminum mig welding--Can you use 4043 wire to weld 5 and 6 series aluminum? I have seen a 5 series wire but not a 6. Thanks for your help.

I know for TIG welding I use 4043 on 6061 on a regular basis. It's actually the preferred filler metal. I also use 5356 on 6061 as well. I'm not sure on the 5xxx series of aluminum, I've never welded any to my knowledge, and if I did I would have used 4043.
