I have a xr-alumafeed and I'm trying to swap 3/64 wire out with 1/16 wire, I changed rollers, inlets, tips, etc. I can't even get a tack out of it. I get one little spark and then it's like I lose ground or power and wire keeps feeding out until I let off trigger. Any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem?

Go break something, then you can weld it back the right way.
