What are the best certs to obtain in the. Mig process to make one more valuable so to speak curious what everyone's thoughts are

Interesting question.

The only place I've encountered MIG in a certification process was as part of a combo process for boiler pipe, with MIG root and F/C (dual-shield) out (All 6g), under boiler codes (ASME). I'm sure there must be other certified applications, though.

There must be some AWS D1.1 applications, as well, where 1,2,3, and 4g certs would be helpfull.

I'll be following this post to see what comes up.
