In anticipation of doing wrought iron work/repair in my new mobile welding business, I looked for a small, 110v Millermatic. I ended up finding a sweet deal on a 2nd hand 140 unit in like-new condition. Running FCAW .030 wire this unit, on minimum power, loves 060 wall material. Glad I didn't opt for a larger unit. Got lots of flexibility with this machine. I also carry a 25 cf bottle of mix just in case.

I sold my 140 not too long ago. Ran smooth and I never had any issues with it I didn't cause. I pretty much ran FCAW most of the time with it and loved it. Full pen on 3/16 was no issue for that machine at all with FCAW. I never bothered with the gas 1/8 and thicker though.
