The Company I work for is wanting to start a new weld procedure and they're wanting to use .045 Hardwire I've been struggling to get the voltage and wire spread dialed in, and help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
What thickness steel are you welding? What is the orientation of the part? What settings have you actually tried on a specific part? (please don't say you've tried everything, because that doesn't help us help you, lol). How do you know it is not dialed in, as in, what are you seeing/measuring/detecting/observing that tell you 'something is not right'?
