mig and flux core tips and techniques, equipment, filler metal

For those of you that weave using flux core what weave technique do you use? and how long should I hold at the toes? I'm using .035 Lincoln nr211 wire 3G position

Different people count "1, 2, 3..." at different speeds, so it's not about time. I've heard people time themselves and count, "1 second 2 seconds 3 seconds" but in reality it was about 1.3-1.5 seconds in reality. It's always about watching the puddle and making it do what you want to do with respect to coverage and fill.
