I am robotically welding two weld seamed tubes together. One tube is end formed and the other tube is inserted over the end-formed tube. The weld is an "all around" weld and no start/stop point on the weld print is specified. My question is, am a required by AWS to start the weld and end the weld on the seam of the tube?
Thanks in advanced!
