Hello, I am looking for some advice on the welds that I've attached the pictures of. I seem to be having trouble starting and ending my pass, and I find it difficult to keep moving the torch at a consistent speed. Any tips? Also I bought this welder that did not come with any manual, and I can't seem to figure out what the min/Max and 1/2 switches set the amperage to.

Try holding your stops and starts longer. Also being consistent with your travel speed just comes with time under the hood. Try focusing on keeping the puddle a consistent size.
