Hi there,
I am looking at the everlast equivalents in the uk - these are branded as r-tech. ( http://www.r-techwelding.co.uk )
There are 2 models I am considering. The 210 amp ac tic or the 260amp. As the cost on the water cooler is low I would also be purchasing this one too.
The question is a simple one
Which one would be the recommended purchase?
I did formally own a dynasty 200 dx but sold this. Would love a new dynasty 280 but can not justify the price for hobby / job shop use
Thanks
Aaron

The question might be simple, but unfortunately you asked it in a way that is similar to: I need a vehicle for transportation. Which one should I get?
Simple right?

The R-Tech cooler seems to be almost the same as the HTP coolerAaronbott wrote: As the cost on the water cooler is low I would also be purchasing this one too.

I know. At the time I had a decent home shop with cnc milling, dynasty etc. Then hit with divorce!!LtBadd wrote:Overlooking the 50 amp difference they both seem to list the same features except the 210 has Power Factor Correction
There really isn't much of a difference, if money isn't a problem the 260 is an easy choice.
If I were in your shoes I'd be crying over the loss of the Dynasty
Only thing I have left from this was a Boxford lathe
So building up again
