We ran out of argon for tig welding and we may not be able to get any since budgets are getting consolidated. I was wondering, I am welding some washers together for some art and was hoping I could connect our mig tank(25/75) to use int if for now to finish the project

What do you mean by active gas? Is that something that will kill me?

No it won't kill you. It will erode your tungsten and contaminate your weld. Search youtube for "using mig mix for tig "
