Haynes 230 cracking during tacking and production weld

I recently got a job with a new company and one of the first weld ops i got was welding haynes 230. It seems nearly impossible to stop it from cracking during tacking and still pretty difficult when production welding. It seems that unless i really load the crap out of it with filler metal or use multiple passes it almost ALWAYS WANTS TO CRACK. Ive tried larger/smaller beads, slower/faster travel speed, and cranked the gas flow higher and pre and post flow longer. Does anybody have any experience or suggestions welding this material? Oh and just to clarify this is the GTAW process. Any feedback would be appreciated!
