I have a small part that needs build up.
The part is composed of (see below) and is Brass. The face is worn
and I need help deciding a filler to build it up with then machine. The part is subjected to wear fast. I was looking at Aluminum Bronze but I am not sure about its strength capabilities holding up. The Brass is hardness 66-67 HRC. The part that this brass part is fixed in is stainless steal. Any inputs on ease of TIG and choosing a filler would be appreciated.
