Hi guys hope u are all doing well. I also would appreciate some help with understanding all the dials on my tig 200 ac dc. I've been told to leave the bottom row all the way down, and only the all the dials in top row to 15%. I've been welding like that but it just don't sound or feel right. Thanx guys.!

Welcome, Bardy1978,
You'll notice I split your question off to it's own topic, in the TIG sub-forum, where the people with your answers visit most.
We could use a little more information, like what brand and model the machine is.
A picture wouldn't hurt. What are you trying to weld? (Base metal and filler, pipe, tube, or plate)... The devil's in the details.

there's so many 200 amp tig machines out there, there's no possible way we can possibly know what you are talking about. One picture will speak 1000 words. There is no such thing as too many details when it comes to TIG welding. You're gonna be bombarded with question after question if you don't so might as well.
