Those are great shots. I have tried before using my phone. You are right, there is a lot more behind the scenes than we think making great welding videos.

You bet. Tubing was 7005 aluminum in sizes ranging from 1.375" OD x 0.052" wall up to 2" OD x 0.157" wall. Filler was 3/32" 5183.

Machine was set at:
Max EN amps and waveshape - 150, Soft Square
Max EP amps and waveshape - 225, Advanced Square
Frequency - 250 Hz
Balance - 80% EN

Torch set up:
20 series
small gas lens with #8 cup
1/16" 2% Lanathanated tungsten
Argon at 18 CFH
