First attempt at stainless

Wasn't really planning on it yet but the wife asked me to make a bracket for a towel rack for the bathroom. I figured that if I screwed it up I'de only have to live with it for 2 years till we moved again. For the corner joint I used aluminum foil to create a dam and turned up the gas a bit. I was using .030 twisted mig wire.

I think I'll wait till the foot pedal shows up before I make another attempt at it.

That looks pretty good for a first attempt. It only gets better and better with practice.

I remember when I first tried stainless. I bought the Lincoln Invertec V100-S with a WP26 air cooled torch.
It was in the middle of the winter in Canada, so I threw a sheet of plywood on the living room floor
and started practicing right there in the house. Not a wise idea, but I couldn't resist.
I was having so much fun that I called my best friend over and we both got to try it out.
