A radiator that's a little different

Every now and then we get something in at work that's a little different.
This project is for a regular customer that likes to push the envelope on his sons racing 2 stroke Go Kart.
The class he runs in is a worldwide class and he wanted the smallest possible radiator with the maximum cooling and least drag as the radiators tend to act as a giant sail out the side acting as a brake.
There's a couple of core manufacturers here in Oz building world class products and the one we use build these offset cores that allow the radiator to be leaned back but still give a straight flow of air through the core so as to minimise drag.
The radiator coolant is triple passed through the core and it's working very effectively after its 1st couple of test days.
The front louvres are there to force the air through the core rather than spill off the top and sides at speed.
It was pretty cool project to build.
Regards Andrew.

That is one neat looking radiator, does not look at all like the budget model! What will it be connected to in service?

Read his post again he went into detail about it being used for a racing 2 stroke Go Kart.
