Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in
a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
- WOW- What a Ride

You'll find stainless is more sensitive to your heat input than carbon.
It has a very narrow "plastic" range; It goes from solid to watery very quickly, and you'll have to keep up. It doesn't take long to adjust.
Aluminum is the same way, with the added challenge of heat-soak. The longer you're burning, the less power you need as the metal ahead of you gets hot.
Let us know what you think, and don't be afraid to share some pictures of what goes right, and even what goes wrong.
