Welding Tips and Tricks

Hello,
I have a question about a welding symbol.
In the tail of the symbol there is 'P8G CL-C'. What does this mean exactly? The process is TIG, but these symbols are unknown to me and others. Some suggested we contact the engineer of this bulletin. I've tried internet search of this but nothing,

When in doubt allways contact the person who drew the drawing. That way there is no confusion. Or guess work.

Yes, I agree, that path is being taken as we speak. So far this is a portion of the answer I am needing,

CL-C is Class C weld. 1.5.3 Class C. Class C joints are noncritical and nonstructural and are contained so that

failure will not affect other flight elements or personnel. These joints shall require minimal weld

integrity verification.

We are still waiting for shielding gas type, and polarity.

Hi there,

GE have some of the most complicated drawings i have ever seen, so Im not surprised that this is from them. Its like they were going out of there way to make it hard.
