Welding Tips and Tricks

Howdy. I have had LCD-vision 315 ac/dc pulse 3-phase for about 10 years and now it started acting up. It stopped starting on AC and after I tried to repair it DC stopped working too. I know for sure this large board on top is shot. I bought new one from (Finnish) importer but it wasn't identical and didn't work, now I have been waiting for months for suitable board, I bet he quit even looking for it.

Any glues where to get spare parts? I like this welder and refuse to believe it's trash when first component fails
