how can i correct my welding?

this is the machine that i used to weld aluminum.

You can't use that machine for welding aluminium (very easily) as it is a DC mig/stick /tig. For learners and basic stuff you need an Ac/dc tig welder.

hi mate,if cant use the machine to weld aluminum,can i use it for steel welding?

yes its fine for welding steel.

ok thanks mate,if i can use for steel this machine.can i use it also for stainless steel mate? i would be happy if i can use this machine :)

for car exhaust mate what kind of stainless this one? is this machine is ok for welding stainless forexhaust.pls see attachment thanks

Yep mate, steel, stainless steel and any other material that states DC electrode positive for welding. Aluminium requires AC cutting, the constant change of polarity is used to break down the aluminium oxide layer.

His statement was and steel can be TIG welded, plus the OP can weld anything set for DCEP. All DC TIG is set for DCEN, but the machine can also do DCEP.

Damn. Sorry fellas. DC electrode Negative is it. Need to proof read better.
