See what i did there with the title? :)

so i am looking for a torch like the one in the picture. But! It head needs to be able to be adjusted up and down. And water cooled. The only markings i can find on the torch in the picture is "18".

What you need would typically be found as a "WP-18 flex". It is the water cooled version of the WP-26, and uses the same consumables as the very common WP-17 150A air cooled torch found on smaller welders. The WP-18 typically handles up to 350A if I recall.
