Can someone put me in the ballpark of amperage? I need to fish some carbon fiber tube inside this stainless hence brazing vs welding the carbon fiber tube will be a tight fit. Thanks for any help!

I would try 250pps, 40% on-time, 20% background, 50A to start with. Once you do a few practice pieces you will find the optimum settings to do the actual project.
