Equipment Stands

Here's what I got,
2 griddles, each is 800 lbs. Stand is made out of 6 pieces of tube and 2 shelfs. They slide the stem caster into the tube and call it done, each one is probably a 200 lbs capacity, so that totals 1200 lbs of weight. Then you have a curved floor, 2 of them don't touch, now you have 800 lbs capacity and is maxed out.
Here's the result
You guys ever seen a stand do that?
Here it is after it came out of my shop.
Jacked out with 450 lbs casters, all stainless tubing frame, 1/8" wall tube, 304 grade, # 4 finish. All stainless fasteners, washers, bolts etc.
Its a shame I have to do these things, I really shouldn't have to redesign and rebuild someone elses work, but either we are too rough on the gear or its just not built right. I tend to think its a bit of both.
