1. What's the major difference between a MILLER RFCS 23 and a Miller RFCS 14?

2. The resistor wrap wire is broken on the rfcs23. Can I take the resistor out of the rfcs14 and put it in the rfcs 23?

Can you see the colored bands on the resisters? If they are the same colors, in the same order, and the same spaces. Then they are the same ohms. Or you may be able to check with a meter what range the resister is.
