Aftermarket replacement for AHP pedal

So, about a year and a fraction ago, I got an AHP AlphaTIG 200x, so that (with Jody's help) I could teach myself how to TIG weld. Tried it with the torch switch and never got the time to do more than dip my tungsten a few times. Had some folks tell me "just learn with the pedal from the git-go", so the other day I gave that a shot. The pedal was defective right out of the box.

The stock pedal is such an ergonomic disaster that I don't want a warranty replacement, even if one's available this long after my purchase. So, the question here is, what's a good after market pedal for the AHP? USAWeld has one for $155 that looks fine, but I don't know anything about their quality.

All input appreciated.

Merry Christmas,
Larry

Yeah,

That appears to be the SSC aftermarket pedal, which is about as good as it gets. I bought one, even though my Everlast pedal was OK. But I primarily use a CK pistol grip amptrol device now.

I use that style pedal with my HTP Invertig 221, and it's good.

I opted for a pedal from UsaWeld over the factory pedal with my dynasty 210. My belief is that SSC makes the pedals UsaWeld sells (have not verified that) but it looks and feels identical to the SSC pedal at work. Quality is top notch.

Thanks, y'all. Looks like that's the one I'm getting.

I got it. Haven't got to put much time on it, but it works as advertised. Friend of mine has more time on it and says it's great.
