Sorry for no pictures.
I was wondering which was more structurally sound for 1/8"aluminum. I have a choice between an outside corner joint and a t-joint. Which is guaranteed to be best.

I suppose I could weld both sides, and based upon your question I assume the best option is to do both sides which for some reason had not crossed my mind.

I think a Tee welded on both sides would be stronger than an outside corner and filet.
