so if i may ask, and i know someone has asked it before, but what happens if you run this mix with TIG? crappy welds or is it much worse?

Find a video in YouTube. Eats away at the tungsten and makes sparks unlike normal tig welding.

Can't tig with it get 100% argon will do everything you need to do with tig. Most common variant for gas mixture with modern tig is adding helium to it. There is a few odd special mixes for tig that are used for certain welding procedures when required like adding hydrogen to it, but 100% argon is what you need.
