Help with aluminum fish fillet station

Hi to everyone in the community. I am looking for your help and advice on a fillet station I want to make for my in-laws in the Florida keys. I have a Miller Dynasty 210DX. I attached a sketch up drawing of how it looks. It is pretty simply. My main concern is if structurally it will be sound. I with thinking of welding 3/8 aluminum plate to the bottom of the two posts and then bolting it to the concrete deck. Will that welded plate to each post be strong enough to hold up the whole structure? I dont it to be blown off with a small gust of wind. Also what recommendations do you have for what type of aluminum and the wall thickness. Any other suggestions please let me know, I greatly appreciate the help. Also, for the roof I will be attaching metal roofing to it, that is very popular in the homes down in the keys. Thanks everyone!
