So the beloved UPS guy came to the door with some packages from Amazon. It consisted of 10# of Blue Demon 3/32 ER70-S2, 2# of Weldflame 3/32" 4043, Midwest tungsten service 3/32" 2% Lanthanated Tungsten and a stubby gas lens kit. Time to hit the garage and do some damage!!!

Always a good day when stuff you bought arrives.

I just played around with the Gas lens kit and the same E3 tungsten I have been using and what a difference! SO much easier to weld with the shorter nozzle. I will grind up a 2% lanthanated tomorrow and give it a shot. The 3/32" rod is a bit nicer to use on thicker steel also. I can't wait to try this setup on aluminum!
