AC tig weld on other materials? (not alum)

Does any one use tig AC to weld materials other than aluminium?
If so when/why/settings.
Just curious!
I have on dirty cast iron,with aluminium bronze filler.

Copper.....crank it up it sucks up the heat.

i have nerver welded copper..
how do your prep and what setting??
also filler?

I've never heard of this before and I've tried it with no luck.
AC = aluminum and magnesium
You can also do steel with aluminum bronze wire in AC mode
Or a cast steel (If i recall correctly) with aluminum bronze in AC mode

Used deoxidized copper filler, I've heard you can also use silicon bronze. I had the welder at 300amps using a foot pedal, 1/8" tung....it takes a helluva lot more amps then you would expect to get it to puddle.
I had better luck in DCEN on thinner copper
