Looking at the CK master series CK150

One or two piece cable?
Haven't really used air cooled torches in my career, looking for advice. This will be used with a small inverter
to do occasional portable work at the shop.

Also using a remote amp control, rotary or linear? I think I may prefer the linear.

Hey Richard.

I use the one-piece cable type, usually on #17 torch with a stubby gas lens setup, with amps ranging from 20 or so up to about 175 in short bursts. The one-piece cables I've tried are just so much lighter and more flexible than the two piece jobs that there's no comparison.

Sorry, can't comment on the remote amperage options, I'm either on the pedal or controlling with torch switch and some up-and-down slope options.
