Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.

I use a in my Dremel, they are cheap and give a nice smooth finish on my 2% Thoriated tungstens (red)
I bought mine from Amazon and have been happy with it. Should be easy to use in a drill too.
I had tried using a fine wheel in my bench grinder but found that it was hard to get a consistent angle just because it took so long to grind, the diamond wheel cuts faster and cooler with a smoother finish. I tried pre-grinding using the big grinder but found that it was a LOT faster just to use the dremel. It's only $4 including free shipping for the one I bought. Will probably look for a multi pack whenever I need to replace it.

I as well have been using a Dremel tool set in there "drill press" stand with a dremel two sided diamond wheel my dremel turning at 5000rpm and the tungsten chucked in a cordless drill. (I can easily vary the angle and as well control the angle with the speed/angle of the cordless Dewalt. Works good for me and the Diamond wheels are double sided and last quite a while.
