I looked at your ebay link. It looks to me like a 50% ethylene glycol mix with de-mineralized water and blue dye added. It will certainly work well. The price is up to you. Use rubber/pvc gloves when handling, don't spill any on your skin.

After ALOT of searching I found one supplier in the UK that actually had coolant advertised for sale - the price was'nt that bad - but the shipping was as much as the product ! - it also stated it was dilute Propylene Glycol in distilled water & they claimed it was the ideal coolant for Mig / Tig & plasma torches - did a quick Ebay search & found pure Propylene Glycol in abundance at very good prices - so I would suggest looking for that & mix it yourself - strength dependent on your local conditions - apart from having no blue dye in you'll have the same thing but at far less cost.
