Torch angle is too flat or your arc length is too long. With aluminum, you need to stuff the wire in quickly to prevent "burn back" of the filler before it reaches the puddle. Torch angle as close to 90* as you can get it please-
That's where practice helps. You have to just get that tip very close. Tho 90 degree thing concentrates the gas and stabilizes the arc. Jody's vids show how he backs the tip off a bit when dabbing.....not so much away from the part, but backing up along the weld line.
