A student now but really want to weld everyday. Want to learn everything about everything. Want to become a knower of all and master of none.

If this keeps up, we're going to have a "safety meeting". The occasional thread hi-jack, where the OP plays along, is funny. Making a game of it in many threads is not.

Thanks, I was surprised the cart came out flat and rolls on all 4 wheels. One thing though, my tungsten electrodes (I snapped them in half short half length) look like crap, all dark and burnt looking all along its length. I was using the air cooled torch at times near its limits. It seemed like I was struggling way to much with welding up this cart, hard to see the arc and puddle, I'm wondering if something wasn't off there. I reground my tungstens frequently. I was getting a lot of POP craters at the end of my beads. Had the argon about 18 cfm, #8 gas lens, maybe too much stick out?
And no we are Steelers fans in our house we don't like the SeaChickens.
