When I researched it I found the same answers as are being given here - standard tig welding rods.
Btw, do not use coat hangers nor oxy/fuel rods for tig.
Coat hangers do work ok for oxy/acetylene though - but clearly for non critical use only

I've repaired a couple old Triumph bikes with regular 70s-2 and had no problems.

On a related note to the OP's enquiries, I'm due to weld up some (steel) motorcycle frame mods this weekend and I've just realised that I'm fresh out of ER70S-2. So I'm going to go with ER70S-6.
Or possibly an old coat hanger...
