Hey. anyone have any suggestion how to tig weld this? pulse tig? hole has diamater around 2mm. material is inconel. i need nice round weld.

What is that you're holding onto? Is it a part of the ball, or just something supporting the ball?

Whether you pulse or not isn't going to make or break doing this, I'd be concerned with over heating the part. Do you have .030" or .035" dia wire to use?

How many of these has to be done? Is this for you or a customer?

Definitely would need 0.030-0.035" nickel-based filler. I'd recommend using pulse, but I have no idea on the parameters for Inconel. If the hole is 2mm, the wall looks thin enough that it would easily melt away if you overheat it even for a little bit. I hope you have some high diopter magnifiers and hand steadier than the reflexes of a snail.
